Outdoor Temperature Dew Point Converter NS-OTD

The installation of a dedicated shield has made it possible to measure temperature and dew point temperature outdoors.

By installing a dedicated outdoor shield, the sensor is protected from sunlight and wind and rain, enabling temperature and dew point measurements outdoors. The temperature sensor uses a highly reliable platinum resistance thermometer, while the humidity sensor employs a fast-responding capacitive type. *Dew point temperature is calculated from temperature and humidity. The measurement range is -20 to +80 °C and 0 to 100 %RH. Dew point temperature output supports -20 to +40 °C DP or -40 to +60 °C DP (one must be specified). The output can be selected from DC 0 to 10 V or DC 4 to 20 mA. ☆Power supply: DC 8 to 35 V, AC 12 to 30 V. *Due to the temperature and humidity calculation type, the error increases below -10 °C DP.

Duct-type dew point converter NS-R

The microcontroller outputs the dew point temperature calculated from temperature and relative humidity.

Equipped with a microcontroller, it outputs the dew point temperature calculated from temperature and relative humidity. Measurement is possible over a wide range of -25 to +100°C and 0 to 100% RH. Two types are available: the high-precision NS-RA and the standard NS-RB. The temperature sensor uses a high-precision platinum thin-film sensor element, while the humidity sensor employs a polymer capacitive humidity sensor that remains stable even in high humidity ranges and does not require circuit adjustment during replacement. The humidity sensor features water-repellent processing, sintered resin sensor caps, stainless steel sensor caps, mounting flanges, and a variety of options for traceability certification.
